Having completed GONE HOLLYWOOD, a pilot for Comedy
Central and the war film THE HERO, Anthony has no
intentions of slowing down. An Emmy winner for his
outstanding performance in the television drama, OUR
FATHER, Anthony Griffith is quickly becoming a
fixture in tinsel town. A multi-talented performer,
Anthony's abilities range from intense drama to
stand-up comedy. His non-offensive humor has catapulted him
to multiple appearances on The Tonight Show, HBO,
Comedy Central as well as others. He earned critical praise for his performance as
the Black Panther leader Eldridge Cleaver in Mario Van
Peebles film PANTHER. He stood out in the spike
Lee's TALES FROM THE HOOD, as well as the
independent film DEAD MAN'S CURVE.
He has made guest appearances on CURB YOUR
ENTHUSIASM, The BERNIE MAC SHOW and HIDDEN HILLS
just to name a few. He earned critical acclaim for his portrayal as
Malcolm X in THE MEETING and a Drama-logue award for
Best Male Actor in theatre 40's production of HOME.
